DACHAU, telegram uit het concentratiekamp Dachau, hierin wordt medegedeeld dat de gevangenen Kasimir Swiatek op 6 april 1941 om 21.00 uur is overleden. Er dient binnen 24 uur te worden medegedeeld of men het stoffelijk overschot nog wil bezichtigen. Het stoffelijk overschot ligt in het crematorium van Dachau 3K voor de lijkverbranding, voor het verkrijgen van de urn met de as van de overledene, dient men zich met crematorium Dachau 3K in verbinding te stellen. Een overlijdensakte is tegen betaling van 60 pfennig bij de burgerlijke stand van Dachau 1 te verkrijgen, Get. Kamp Commandant, april 1941
