Shipping / Collection

All purchased lots can be shipped.
All lots purchased by you will be shipped by registered mail or courier.
Shipping and insurance costs will always be passed on, on your invoice.

All purchases/goods are insured by us only against damage.
In case of loss, the buyer is responsible and therefore not insured with us; there are no exceptions to this!

Collection of purchases is highly recommended and is always possible from Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm (by appointment).
