When I leave my stamps/coins with you, can I terminate my own insurance?
Yes. From the time that you leave the items with us they are insured against theft or damage.
How long does it take to do an estimate/valuation and can I remain present?
An estimate/valuation doesn’t usually entail a lot of time since the specialists are experts. You can of course remain present throughout.
Is it necessary to sort out stamps/coins beforehand?
No. You can leave that up to us. We will sort these out in an efficient manner should you decide to put your collection up for auction.
